Does your outside rear view mirror (driver or passenger), mirror housing and upper lip of door madly vibrate every time you hit a bump? They weren't that way when the car was new. If you look inside the door where the mirror is mounted, you will see a metal brace that goes from the mirror and part way down the door. This brace originally was either glued or spot welded to the door skin and has broken loose. Try gluing it back by shoving some construction glue or any other thick glue in the attachment area. It's a little hard to get at and sloppy, but it's inside the door so not visible.
